Invitation

The Voluntary Firefighting and Replanting Corp, this year as every year, invites people that are interested to participate in the big firefighting unit during summertime. The headquarters of the unit are located in Rizomata of Imathia. You can put in considering the following: Minimum binding stay in unit comes up to 14 days.

The beginning and ending of sessions have been defined as followed:

Session 1: 18.06.2009 - 02.07.2009

Session 2: 02.07.2009 - 16.07.2009

Session 3: 16.07.2009 - 30.07.2009

Session 4: 30.07.2009 - 13.08.2009

Session 5: 13.08.2009 - 27.08.2009

Session 6: 27.08.2009 - 10.09.2009 

The stay, food(breakfast, lunch, dinner), training and the education material cost 300€. The volunteers participate in patrols, drills and of course in fire fighting incidents if it is needed. Also they participate in services we offer to the local community.
